Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us! If something isn’t right with your order, please read our policy below.
Exchanges
• You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
• For items purchased during sales or promotions, refunds are not available: only exchanges are allowed (for items of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid by the customer).
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Returns
• Returns are accepted only for items purchased at full price, and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
How to request a return or exchange

• the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Right of Withdrawal (according to EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU & Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending an explicit statement (e.g., by email) to [insert customer service email], including your order number.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized.
• In case of withdrawal, you must return the products at your own expense within 14 days of notifying us.
• You will be refunded all payments received (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original order.
